A big scam! Don't fall for their great prices. All looks above board after payment, their communication is great until they miss the delivery date. Their telephone numbers just go to voice mail and they might answer your emails until you request a refund, then nothing. I even went over to their 'offices' in Bedfordview. The office park receptionist told me that they were kicked out of the office complex due to no rent payment and she also said that nobody was really in their offices during their occupation. Would love to go after them but I need more who had the same experience.
I have been a client at Standard Bank, Melville for 25 years. With no problems at all during that time. I am a freelancer & working for the SABC currently: needless to say, the SABC has not paid the freelancers on a specific sport programme since we started in Nov 2014. After 4 months of living on my savings.....I am now broke! I went to my bank, Standard Bank Melville & explained the situation. I also gave them proof of 3 bookings in the next 4 months that will bring in R200 000. All I asked was that they just increase my over draft so that all my debit orders can go through. No unreasonable request I thought but according to the floor manager, the computer says that I have bad credit, which it would show as I haven't been paid for 4 months - due to NO fault of my own. I asked to speak to the branch manager but she was 'busy' with a client & she will phone me back. I have heard that story a million times & guess how many times I have been phoned back by banks: 0. I kept on calling & did get quiet irate, I eventually spoke to mrs Pattison, she said I was harassing her & abusing her staff. They were not prepared to help me at all & blamed the computer. I'm moving my business
