I have only once reviewed on Hellopeter, over 10 years ago. I am doing so again because the owner of the company has disappeared with my money, made promises to refund and now does not return my calls or messages. I have detailed evidence in this regard. The website contact number is no longer operational. We paid the company on 14 July 2023 to provide a "super express service", to date we have received no service and no refund. Since 17 November 2023 the owner of the company, Mark Andries, promised a refund. To date nothing has been received. I have sent 13 WhatsApp messages (they have been read). I have emailed him 13 times. I have phoned him and the number on the website several times. The website number no longer works. The owner has provided many different excuses and promises without delivery. Correct company: https://coidaservicessa.co.za/
I have been trying to get a mobile business internet package since 10 October 2019. I have selected the best package available. I have sent numerous email with all the information requested and I have made a phone call almost every business day since to try find a solution. I have requested to speak to a manager after my 13th day, where the consultant stated they are out the office and will get back to me. To date none of my emails or phone calls are responded to. I am absolutely astounded by the lack of response, service, professionalism and execution of sales by your team. I have tried endlessly to come right here, but absolutely no one at Vodacom help me.

Quick Summary:

I have been due an upgrade since August 2013. I finally decided to get it done on Friday 25 November 2016 and went for a more low-key contract as I had accumulated a lot of minutes which weren't used. The contract was due to kick in 1 December 2016.

Since 30 November 20I16 to date, I have been unable to make calls or send sms.

I sent a message online to call back, with no response. I have tried to call Vodacom, however I cannot even make this call.

Please could you sort out my service!! (I think this is why I never upgraded in the beginning becuase of the inevitable headache!)

Additional information:

--> I lost between 750-800minutes airtime by upgrading/renewing my contract. No one at your branch (Brookyln) could advise me that this would happen as they said "this was a very old package and they don't know". Please bare in mind that I probably paid a premium for all my previous packages/costs/minutes as these related costs have dropped with time.

--> Part of my package was a once off 10GB data bundle which expires in one month... I haven't been able to make use of this bundle at all and it expires soon (almost 30% of the time available to use the data is almost up).

--> I have been with Vodacom since round 1999. Do you think all of this is fair?

--> Your website I have found to be ineffectual.

At 12:40 (an hour ago today) I topped up 100MB for R49 via my cellphone to my data sim card (router only used for my laptop). 20min later at 1PM I put my computer on and then my router thingie (on for the first time today) and went online (for the first time) and I was informed my data was depleted. I phoned Vodacom, waited another 20min and at 1:20PM I was told that my 100MB data was already depleted... And no one can help me! That is how quickly Vodacom can rob you!
Besides that, I cannot do what I need to do and I need to wait between 24-48hrs for them to investigate. I know they going to come back with... \You used the data\"... Timeline wise I will say it's just not possible. Vodacom will say I did, thats it, and so I am robbed. This is how I continuously feel about Vodacom.
Worse then that, I can't do anything online and Vodacom's online system is useless whilst the call centre is devoid of value and a waste of time. All I want to do it buy data and go online to do what I need to do... I can't do this because no one can help me despite me offering various solutions myself. Vodacom's systems have been down for weeks... Not sure if they were ever up!
I am unhappy. Very!!"
I had an unpleasant incident on the highway in bumper to bumper traffic. A 20 ton Unifreight truck bumped into the back of my vehicle and caused minor damage to my rear bumper and stiffner, nonetheless there was damage. The truck was fitted with a camera (only activated on harsh breaking or collision - which is a bit of a weak control if you ask me - the camera should be on permanently). Anyways, as the incident occurred whilst we were in bumper to bumper traffic and the collision was minor ito impact, this resulted in the camera not being activated and therefore a dispute later occurred between the driver and myself as to his involvement in the incident (which was admitted to on the scene). Long story short, what appeared to be a possible nightmare to deal with was mitigated by the stance that Unifreight took on the incident. Eventually everything was paid for and the turnaround time was quite acceptable. Thank you! It is truly appreciated.
