I have been buying from Continental brands since last year. I purchase an average of R3000 to R4000 per online order. My problem has been ongoing since my very first order where there were no communication from Grace or her "manager" Jasmin. Each and every order has had issues. They just do not come back to you. My latest order were placed on Sunday evening. Grace confirmed that she received it on Monday morning. On Wednesday afternoon i get a call that there is items short. Said items showed stock on the online store and still shows stock. Jasmin promised to follow up and advise what is the situation before close of business on Wednesday. It is now 8h40 Thursday morning and still no response. It is as if the customer does not count in there eyes. They have been sending me from pillar to post, from " manager " Jasmin to another " manager " Candice. I have been waiting for refund on their mistake for nearly a month with even more excuses. This is just to advise customers of the " customer service" from this company. On their website is an icon for What's app messages that is supposed to be linked to the owner Luis. Even from him absolutely no response.
Went to new restuarant and pub. After waiting for hour for plain steak and chips I spoke to owner / manager who tried to convince me i was only left waiting for half an hour which was refuted by waiter. . He tried to convince me that the waiting time was actually acceptable for steak.<br> <br> if this is attitude of owner / manager there is no way i would go back or recommend to anybody else.
