Supplied Damaged Part
After lengthy Discussions with RMI as mediator, they offered me half of the purchase price in refund, which I accepted, but then they want to give me in CREDITS!! I do not want to buy from them how can I then use the credits?? For this matter RMI is also not a good mediator!! Will have to take this matter to the Small Claims Court!<br> I am truly unhappy with this!!

Supplied Damaged Part
I bought a damper pulley for my Freelander TD4 from LRSpares. The Quote did not mention anything about replacement part or guarantee. Part was fitted using Landrovers Special Tool with advice from certified Landrover mechanic. At start up the part failed and after returning it to Acrotek / LRSpares I was informed that it does not carry guarantee or replacement. I was after numerous e-mails not re-imbursed nor have I received my defective part back from them!!
