<p>I started working for them last year. And im very dissapointed cause the managers who suppose to help you dont give a damn. On the 2nd of August i went to our office to sort out my pay query. Cause this was now the second month im getting paid short. As i waited for the lady who sorts the pay query out, the manager that use to have that site i am currently working at, came out of the office and asked me what i want? i told him i was paid sort again and im here to fill in my pay query. Then he told me to give my papers to him and he will sort it out for me. Then i went home. He then called me to help him out on a site that was short of staff. And i told him this is my off day and whats the use im helping them out and every month they dont pay me right. Then he told me, fine you want me to sort out your pay query but you dont want to help me out. I asked him why did he take my papers in the first place. He can give it back to me then i wiil sort it out myself. He then blocked me on whatsapp. I then phoned on the 10th of August to the head office just to find out if Chris did hand in my papers, Then the lady told me my pay query was not processed cause Chris didnt complete my pay query. Im now very furious cause every day i go out 5am in the morning to go work for my family. To come home home with a R3100 and some ods. Thats not even my basic salary and what about my overtime i work every month. The new manager Chris uncle Mr Du toit dont even come on my shift to come and see me cause ive talked to him too but dont get any answers. June month they robbed me with over a R500 and i did send in my pay query papers too. But with no answers why i didn't get my money. I dont know what to do anymore. </p>
Good day.<br> <br> Im writing on behalf of my husband. In march 2011, my husband took out a 24month contract with 8ta. In June 2013 my husband saw on his bankstatement that 8ta is still deducting money. So he went in to 8ta century city to find out why they still deducting money. and that was the following month in July. The guy who assist him told him that he should've came in and cancelled the contract. They didnt even explain that to him on the phone when he took out the contract. Then the guy cancelled the contract and told him it is sorted now. they will not deduct money from his salary anymore. Up untill today we still get statements from 8ta. and the bill is sky high. How come we still receive cellphone statements every freakin month when he cancelled his 24months contract. And they send smses to his fathers cellphone number to say that he must come pay his bill. i dont know how they got hold of his fathers cell number. But his cellphone contract was up to date how come he still owes them strange hey. And when we call their customer care number, then they dont want to pick up ringing forever music playing in your ears so irretating. Bad service ever!!!
