ON 20 JANUARY 2015 WE MADE AN ONLINE RETURN FLIGHT BOOKING LANSERIA TO CAPE TOWN FOR 4 MARCH 2015. THE PAYMENT WENT OFF OUR BANK ACCOUNT TWICE. AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS, TALKING TO ALMOST TEN DIFFERENT PEOPLE AT MANGO AIRLINES, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT IT WAS A DOUBLE BOOKING WITH TWO SEPARATE REFERENCE NUMBERS. CHANTEL FROM MANGO REFUNDS DEPARTEMENT AGREED THAT IT WAS A SYSTEM ERROR ON THEIR SIDE ON THAT PARTICULAR DAY AND THEY AGREED TO REFUND US WITH THE R3394-76 WITHIN 7-14 WORKING DAYS. AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS MR MATSHIDISO MTSHALI FINALLY CONFIRMED ON 12 MARCH 2015 THAT THE AMOUNT WAS PAID TO US, YET TODAY IS 13 MARCH 2015 AND NO MONEY HAS BEEN PAID. HE SENT US AN EMAIL TO PROVE THAT THEY MONEY WAS REFUNDED, BUT IT IS NOT IN OUR BANK. WE CANNOT AFFORD TO ACCEPT THIS. <br>
A family member rented an apartment (Buh-rein estate) from Mr Johan Kotze, DIY Landlords. We paid a deposit and a rental payment of 1.5 months upfront in order to have the apartment immediately. We paid Mr Kotze an amount of R11,325-00. On arrival, Mr Kotze told us that the apartment was taken by someone else. We agreed that the R11,325-00 would be refunded immediately. To date this was not done. It is now almost two months later. He does not answer his telephone or respond to any messages.
