Dodgy Builder
<p>Don't believe anything that comes out of Terry's mouth!</p> <p> </p> <p>We just gave up hassling him in the end and paid a fortune to other people in order to complete work that he still has our deposits for (and the rest). </p> <p> </p> <p>Contracts mean nothing to him. He juggles too many jobs at once and is seldom on site. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have never heard someone come up with more original excuses for not showing up as promised. </p> <p> </p> <p>Try getting hold of him when you need to, he just ignores your calls. </p> <p> </p> <p>If there were reasonable ways to sue this guy and be sure he would pay, I would certainly have done this.</p> <p> </p> <p>Do yourself a favour and don't take the risk. Your property is worth too much to let him near it.</p>

Total waste - ignored year after year
<p>STOP DELIVERING THIS TO ALL AND SUNDRY!</p> <p>I have asked on phone, via email and via the website, for at least 3 years in a row now, for Trudon to STOP DELIVEING ME THE YELLOW PAGES. Surely this continued delivery is illegal? But no, I got my latest YELLOW PAGES last week. As soon as it arrives I throw it in recycling. What a CONTINUED waste.</p>

SPAM SMS's
Company sent me spam sms today at 14:06.<br> There is no way they got my details legitimately.<br> <br> I phoned their call centre twice immediately:<br> - Call 1 to Legato: She explained they bought my data from micro lenders. I said impossible. Call kept cutting in and out for no reason, their operator hung up.<br> - Call 2 to Lebo: I asked for someone to speak to to explain to me how they got my numer. she advised they bought it. I said this was not possible, illegal. She said please hold and I got cut off.

Terrible service, no accountability
I receive regular wrong reminders to pay TV licence fees.<br> <br> Problem 1- Rubbish reminders:<br> I continue to get reminders even though I paid my licence weeks ago via EFT with the correct reference. These reminders are intrusive and always reflect increased amounts. Why do I have to chase them up when their admin is so awful?<br> <br> Problem 2- Terrible admin: <br> I have been sent numerous sms reminders and I have been hassled by debt collectors over the phone to pay an overdue licence amount of several thousand Rands for someone who is not even vaguely linked to my cell number, address or any other detail (our names do not sound anything similar either). Zero admin skills whatsoever but no problem hassling me all the time.<br>
