We have recently had a Persian carpet cleaned by Chemdry and we are very unhappy with what was done. It was bought from another person 2nd hand, so we asked Chemdry to collect it from there, clean it and then deliver to us. We did view it before it went to Chemdry, so we know exactly what condition it was in. The carpet is very smelly and not as clean as we hoped it would be. We have just picked it up and taken it to another carpet cleaning company to clean again at a big extra cost to us. Already paid Chemdry R1106.00 to do this! I had to sweep up all the dirt on my floor left from the so called "cleaned " carpet. Not happy with their service or their response.
Why do we have this endless fight with Discovery Health to pay up on accounts for which have been given authorization numbers, codes etc before a procedure has been done. Why do I keep getting emails from Lake Smith + Partners, Jackpersaad saying Discovery has not paid AFTER emails from Discovery have been sent to me before the procedure saying they will cover it? I am fighting breast cancer - I don't have the energy to fight Discovery over and over again. I followed the right procedure according to you and never went ahead with anything until you had said all was in place! JUST do the RIGHT thing DISCOVRY!!
