I was two days late with a monthly payment so Edgars listed me with Experian as a bad payer. Even though I have had the account for 30 years and my account was rectified after two days, they just automatically listed me without the courtesy of any notification. Needless to say I am closing my account. If that's how they treat customers who have had accounts in good standing for three decades and are then late on a payment (just two days) I really don't want to be associated with them. Oh, and when I spoke to one of their accounts department and threatened to close my account, the lady I spoke to was more than happy to do that. Seems it's easier than actually dealing with the complaint. I then spoke to a supervisor who was very snotty, started reeling off Edgars policy, and then unceremoniously cut me off when I complained about being treated like someone off the streets and not someone who had been a good customer for 30 years. If they want to verify any of this they can check their phone record. The call was recorded. Absolutely disgusting service from lazy and disinterested people who just don't care.
I was robbed of my iPhone by a waiter on 20 January 2015 in the restaurant. He took it off the table in full view of the restaurant's CCTV cameras. He consequently even failed a polygraph test. To date, despite having dismissed the waiter, the management have not even offered me a free drink or even a meal to compensate for the loss and frustration, and were happy to charge me in full for my meal on the night of the theft despite having viewed the CCTV footage. I have been a loyal patron of this restaurant for years and must have spent thousands! I feel disrespected, fobbed off and can only laugh when they referred to me as a \VIP patron"in their lame apology email. If I am a VIP"
