I order R3000 of red roses for delivery on Friday 13 February<br> Between 16h00 and 18h00 on Friday received 6 phone calls from Netflorist apologising that the delivery could not take place on Friday because they were too busy.....<br> They promised and promised that delivery would take place on Saturday morning 08h00. Reluctantly I agreed to above<br> On Saturday at 12h00 i called net florist. I waited on the phone for over 20 minutes for them to get feedback on the matter. While waiting not once did the woman on the phone <br> They then came back to say the florist will deliver some time on Saturday afternoon<br> The lady on the phone lied saying the have load shedding problems. This was complete nonsense and when queried immediately back tracked<br> Then asked for a senior manager to speak and waited for over 20 minutes to speak to a senior manager who never answered<br> <br> WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE NETFLORIST. THEY CLEARLY CAN NOT COMMIT TO WHAT THEY PROMISE ON THE WEBSITE, DO NOT TELL THE TRUTH TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AND MORALS AND VALUES ARE LACKING IN THAT THEY CAN NOT FULFIL THEIR CONTRACTUAL COMMITMENTS AS THEY PROMISE<br> <br> THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND DO NOT DELIVER<br> <br> WOULD USE OTHER SUPPLIERS AND NOT NETFLOR
