Saturday 14 February: Met with friends for coffee, orders not fulfilled correctly by waitress. I enquired after a booking for Sunday breakfast and was advised that bookings were not taken.<br> Sunday 15 February: Arrived for breakfast at 9:15 and was informed that no tables were available, despite the fact that there were several tables unoccupied. The manager advised that a family \were on the way"and that it would be necessary to wait 30 minutes for an open table. To my mind this constitutes a booking that the manager wished to honour. This is at odds with the advice I received on Saturday. It is all very well to capitalize on a good reputation and beautiful surroundings however there are many other Ballito establishments that make their customers feel welcome and appreciated.
