All my accounts to this day have been frozen at ABSA without any prior notification all because of some funds received and transferred out in order to pay for my house. I have payments to make and groceries to buy which I cannot do. It is embarrasing and extremely frustrating when you know you have the funds to use and your not able to. I have sent proof of what the funds were used for to admins@asba.africa, to which I have not yet received a reply. Following up this morning I'm told that the lady dealing with the account is on leave! So there is only one person in the whole of ABSA doing this job?? This is ridiculous and frustrating. I depend on my account to live like everyone else. Please sort your ABSA admins department out, problems like this should be prioritized as people cannot live without money!! Lastly, before you freeze peolple's account maybe you should ask them for proof or advise them that the account could be blocked before taking it upon yourself to stop someone from living their daily life!

Poor customer service, over priced pastries, lack of any interest, tried them 4 times expecting better service & food... come out with either food poisoning or over charged! Be careful
We decided to go to baby city for our baby shower registry...what a mistake as not only do the staff add extra stock to the bin they do not remove the items from the list causing us to receive 3 to 4 of the same items!!! We were told we could get gift cards if we received same items only to find we have to exchange on the spot for something of the same value! We were not explained this policy! We spoke to manager Monica & she had a very bad attitude! We went to another baby city and exchanged our items for unnecessary items that we didn't need! We don't recommend anyone to do their baby registry at Baby City Boksburg as not only do they add extra items to your bin that you didn't ask for but they tell you one thing at the till and when you come in to get the gift card it's a whole issue!!!!! We are going to stick to Baby Boom they have the best service & better stuff too & the friendliest & clued up staff. Baby City Boksburg you won't be seeing us our family or friends as it was upsetting on the baby shower receiving 3 of the same items!!!!
Truly very disappointed!!!! We decided to have a Sunday lunch at Adega giving them a second chance since our first time was very disappointing...only to find that the buffet dessert had no chocolate mousse where as the party across the room had, we were told that the party across the room were paying customers...so what are we? When we asked to speak to manager she never came which is very low of her! Our drinks & desserts took about 20 minutes to come only to then be told out of stock!!! This is the last time we ever come here...if you looking for an excellent Portuguese restaurant try Papa Boa, the have excellent service, never out of stock & great environment!
