Unprofessional

Me and my fiancee was looking forward to a relaxing spa day to enjoy Valentines day. We were so disappointed from the time we arrived there. We requested for non-alcoholic drinks for one and they simply did not take note of that. The welcome drink was hot, the tablecloth was dirty and they were half an hour late for our appointment. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable with no background music (even before loadshedding). The therapists' skills were satisfactory although the massage experience was very unprofessional due to kitchen staff washing dishes and talking out load right next to the room. On more than one occasion the therapist had to silence the other staff. It was just a horrible experience and on the website there were no indication of it with all the award photos. I would not recommend this spa to anyone.
