IT WAS VALENTINES WEEKEND,EVERY GUEST WOULD EXPECT TO HAVE THE BEST TREATMENT AT A 4* HOTEL.ON THE INTERNET, THE ROOMS ARE ADVERTISED AS FOLLOWS: 2 ROOM TYPES: SUPERIOR DOUBLE OR SUPERIOR DELUXE. ALL ROOMS HAVE A SLEEPER COUCH. WE GET TO THE HOTEL AND WE ARE ALLOCATED A ROOM WHICH HAS NO SLEEPER COUCH AND NOT ACCORDING TO THE PICS THAT WE VIEWED ON THE NET. WE CALL RECEPTION AND THE GUY SAYS HE WILL TRY TO FIND US ANOTHER ROOM. ABOUT 20 MINS LATER, WE ARE MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM, WHICH STILL HAS NO SLEEPER COUCH BUT HAS A CHAIR AND TABLE. WE SAID TO THE STAFF THAT WE WOULD LOOK FOR ACCOMODATION ELSE WHERE FOR THE WEEKEND. SO THEY ASK US TO WAIT IN THE 2nd ROOM WHILE THEY FIND ANOTHER ROOM. WE WAIT AGAIN FOR ABOUT 30MINS. THE GUY COMES TO US AND SAYS HE WANTS TO SHOW US A 3rd ROOM. THE 3rd ROOM WAS STILL NOT SATISFACTORY. SO WE GO BACK TO RECEPTION AND WE ARE SENT WITH ANOTHER STAFF MEMBER TO SHOW US 2 MORE ROOMS. ALL OF WHICH NEVER MET OUR EXPECTATIONS. 1 HOUR HAS ALREADY PASSED, WE ARE SENT TO THE FINAL ROOM WHICH LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURE ON THE INTERNET WHICH DESCRIBED A SUPERIOR DOUBLE. IN ALL THIS TIME THERE WAS NO SUPERIOR STAFF,NO MANAGER! IT DOESN'T STOP HERE!
