I ordered a sample for R76 on the website that pops up when you surf the net. I never got the sample. A couple of weeks later, my account was invoiced with nearly R1000 and this would have happened every month if I did not email them and contact them immediately to stop this. I have sent numerous emails, nearly every week, spoke to employees on the phone promising me that they are going to refund me, to date, nothing happened. I have lost R1000 and I do not have the product I have paid for. I will never again order anything via the net. Be very very careful and read the fine print.
I took out a contract for my teenager on my existing contract. A couple of months down the line, we were unable to get hold of my child. I took the matter up with Autopage Woodlands as well as their head office because when my child is called, it says the number does not exist. Keep in mind I have been paying my accounts every month. I have signed a contract with Autopage but yet, I am paying for a service that is not provided to me as per the contract. I had to obtain another sim card in the meantime for my child to use and pay money into that account so that she can communicate with us. Once my contract expires (keep in mind I have been with autopage for over 12 years if not longer) I will not renew my contract. A contract is a legal agreement between a supplier who provides a service and a consumer who pays for that service. I am paying for a service I am not getting. It has been<br> nearly four weeks and still no joy or assistance (unless I contact them) from Autopage. I have had enough.
