R4000 deducted from Credit Card without permission
I ordered a bottle of slimming tablets and I was billed for R4000. I immediately stopped the order at the bank and the merchant. the order was never cancelled as the merchant cashed the money. it was meant to take 4 days for the product to reach me. It has been 4 weeks I have no products and no refund either. every time I try reach them via mail their story is different.

BE AWARE: GARCINIA BASICS
I ordered a sample for R76 on the website that pops up when you surf the net. I never got the sample. A couple of weeks later, my account was invoiced with nearly R1000 and this would have happened every month if I did not email them and contact them immediately to stop this. I have sent numerous emails, nearly every week, spoke to employees on the phone promising me that they are going to refund me, to date, nothing happened. I have lost R1000 and I do not have the product I have paid for. I will never again order anything via the net. Be very very careful and read the fine print.

On the 16 January I ordered the sample and asked what the price of the product is. I was called by an agent and Iasked her the full price and I informed her it was too expensive she must please cance the order. On the 21st I sent another email and asked them not to send the parcel until I had tried a sample. on the 31st January I received a shipping order for the sample and the price of R55.00. I only read the email on the 10 February and replied for them to cancel all orders and remove me from their mailing list. Today the 17 February they deducted R1080.36 from my account. I called them and was tole they would only refund me 50%. I have not received anything and do not feel that I should have to pay for something I have never received.

Did a purchase on line on the 19th December 2014 & have never received product, got charged R1057.82 for something I have never received. Cancelled the order & would like my money back!!

Online Garnia Basics ordering is a scam!
These people are corrupt and I wish someone would take them on. I was only supposed to pay for shipping, but then they subtracted more than a R1000 since I didn't cancel the 'enrollment' within 14 days. It has, however, been 3 weeks since I ordered it and it has still not been delivered!

Debited incorrect amount from my account,
I really hope you can help. I have had notifications from my bank that Garcinia have debited my bank card as set out below. <br> <br> 13/01/15 89.90 USD at [URL Removed]<br> 14/01/15 88.63 USD at [URL Removed]<br> <br> I have confirmation re these transactions which are for only R52 and R55 which were done on the 12th of December 2014. And not the amounts of 89.90 USD and 88.63 USD debited in January 2015. Furthermore I have not even received the products.<br>
