Refund
I have been waiting for my refund for over a month now. I dont know how long should i still call to ask for my money. May you please assist me on this matter. Im very disappointed with the way the refund process is going. I can not return something and wait for more than a month to be refunded. Customer service on this is very poor.

Refund
I returned items that did not fit me. The other dress was R 85 ( order number 100297496) and the other dress was R 100 ( 100297738). I cancelled another item but the driver came to fetch it anyway, so i gave him the parcel. Its been a month and i have not been refunded my money. When I call the call centre they keep saying they will follow up but I have not been given feedback. Can Spree please refund my money please as I have returned the items. This is really bad service especially that its been a month already and have not recieved my money. Im really disappointed with the refund service and this morning when I called they said i have to wait for another 3 days. Really.

FEDEX Driver
The driver from fedex delivered my parcel from Spree this morning and he had a bad attitude asking me why do I buy and return things. I asked him why is it a problem? he then used vulgar words as he walked out the door. I do not appreciate this kind of behaviour as I order and pay with my money. Fedex is giving us bad service with my colleagues.

Poor Service
I have ordered Garcinia Basics in February. Have not yet recieved my order till today.What a poor service. Im not starting to order abroad but this is rubbish and they say they cant refund me.

Network
Good day<br> <br> I have been using MTN since last year. Im struggling to have network at home at night or at work. I cant go on the internet and the only thing i can make is calls and sometimes chat. The rest of the things I cant do them. When I tried calling the customer service they kept hanging up on me. Poor service from Call center
Im logging a complaint for my mom. My sister called to claim for the Miway rewards and they said they will pay it beginning of January. She has not yet recieved the cash back and they keep saying the money will be paid in 3 days. It has been 3 days since beginning of January and when my sister called yesterday, they said they will come back to her. Still waiting for 3 days.
