Unauthorized debit order _ shocking service
A debit order has been deducted from my account without prior consent. My bonus payout hit my personal account the 14th Dec and half of it was taken. Upon alerting the bank I was told they would refund me, it is now 7 days later and I still haven't received my refund. The only communication I get is that your call has been logged without a reply from the manager I have been dealing with.

No order received or communication
I placed an order the 28th December 2023 and have not received it. I have tried to call and the number goes straight to voicemail, I have emailed with no reply, I have chatted to the online chat who answered my first line but has not answered again. I am wondering if this is a ****. I have had no confirmation yet the status on the tracking states processing.

Amazing passion for his job

R4000 deducted from Credit Card without permission
I ordered a bottle of slimming tablets and I was billed for R4000. I immediately stopped the order at the bank and the merchant. the order was never cancelled as the merchant cashed the money. it was meant to take 4 days for the product to reach me. It has been 4 weeks I have no products and no refund either. every time I try reach them via mail their story is different.

Most disappointing treatment ever
I went for a manicure and pedicure. the chair i sat in was moved against the wall and I was made to hold my left arm to the right side of the chair for the manicure as there was not enough space. Molly dropped most of the water in the bowl down the side of my chair and after that I caught the bowl of water just before it landed on my lap. I don't mind paying but service like that is an absolute rip off. Have the people been trained?????
