order cancelled

On the 16 January I ordered the sample and asked what the price of the product is. I was called by an agent and Iasked her the full price and I informed her it was too expensive she must please cance the order. On the 21st I sent another email and asked them not to send the parcel until I had tried a sample. on the 31st January I received a shipping order for the sample and the price of R55.00. I only read the email on the 10 February and replied for them to cancel all orders and remove me from their mailing list. Today the 17 February they deducted R1080.36 from my account. I called them and was tole they would only refund me 50%. I have not received anything and do not feel that I should have to pay for something I have never received.
