POOR QUALITY & POOR SERVICE & UNRELIABLE

Contracted Mebala Aliminum to install palaside fench. From the start it has been a struggle. They were always late or often did not pitch-up for appointments. Job was installed poorly (untidy, poor workmanship, incorrect color paint, installing shorter distance than what was ordered , not installing as per discussions, etc. etc.). Unfortunately, I had to rely on mr Mebala's word that the job was done well as i was not home at the time of installation. He was animate that I pay 60% deposit to secure job and 100% when job was done. He also gave his word that he would address any complaints afterwards. Almost 2 months later and i still struggle to get him out to my property to complete the job. After numerous calls, false promises and appointments where he never pitched-up I'm forced to use media such as Hello Peter to ensure that i get the job done. I've told mr Anthony Mebala that I'm going to use media like this if he does not complete the job. Will remove the message if he has completed the job -therefore if the message is still here, know that mr Mebala did not bother fixing the job.<br> <br> RECOMMENDATION: I will strongly recommended that you use another supplier!!
