My Momentum Insurance Claim was approved on 06 February 2015 and to date not one call have I received from Hail Busters to book my car in. I have called them more than four times with promises of the person concerned calling me back. I'm still waiting. I've received the excuse that the parts have to be ordered, which they have not (it's now nearly a month). Everytime I call, I ask to speak to the owner or manager and I am told he is not available or is taking messages only. I'm also given the excuse that they have been too busy because of the hail storms but my claim was approved for repairs before the storms. ???
