It is with Great sadness to share my experience with Nissan Melrose .I took my car in for service on the 20/08/2024, it was my first time using them .In the afternoon i received a call that my car was ready for collection i had cash with me that i wanted to use for payment ,Mr Idris M( service adviser) told me that they don't accept cash as method of payment since the pandemic (covid19) ,i must go make a deposit to the bank and bring him the proof of deposit before he can realise my car. I then show him the notice board that was behind his seat that says cash is acceptable .He then stood up and erased the cash payment wording using a making pen in front of me then told me that unfortunately his not going to accept my cash ,its there policy, he then continued entertaining another customer .I had no other choice but go to the mall that I'm not even fami**** with, look for FNB to make the deposit and come back with a deposit slip to him so he can give me my car keys. I will never take my car to Nissan Melrose ever again😒 .

I am extremely disappointed with the service i received at Netcare Medicross Benoni on the 30/08/2024. My Mom whose 74 years old was due for a follow up visit at 10 am with doctor Le Roux ,the appointment was done after our last visit .The doctor told us that she must not eat anything on that day because he wanted to do some test .Upon arrival we were told that there's no appointment done and the doctor is not on duty .after checking the system she then ask if i never received a call from them ,i told her that i did see a missed call from the 011 number but i did not know who called me and even if i wanted to respond on that call i did not know who to ask for since the person that called me did not leave a voicemail or an sms ,then she told me that there's nothing she can do to help us i should have responded on that missed call, he then dismissed me to go talk to the person that helped me make that appointment or i must come back some other time. Mind you we drove all the way from Soweto to Benoni and my mom stays in KZN ,she only comes once a year for checkups .
I bought something on Saturday using my debit card for my sister and it was on sale only to find out that it does not fit her then she took it back on Tuesday to adgars at maponya mall and she was told that they want my debit card before they can give her a refund ,what confuses me is to why should I give someone else my dr card for and what will happened in the case if I was staying in kzn or another province will I have to come personal in order to get my refund ? or I have to take it back where I bought those clothes even if Mamponya is the closest shop next to her , I asked for a manager I was told that she went out I must phone after 20 minutes ,when I phone again I was told that she was not on duty today, very sad and mind you my sister she is using money to go there and shes been there twice tomorrow will be her 3rd time
