I bought a Nissan magnite 2023 at Mccarthy Melrose Nissan , de car had a sound on brakes , same day I took de car from the dealership I informed the sales lady By the of Zanele Mo***eng. She booked de car to be checked , they said no de car is still too tight it will loose up, I took de back for 10000 service de sound was still de when u apply brakes , they continued assuring me dat the car its still new de sound will go away, now it 2025 i have informed dem dat the sound it still de, and rated dem 1, I got a call from Nissan SA regarding dis, I explained what happened , when they making a follow-up with Nissan , all of a sudden dey don't know anything about the issue. Stay away from Nissan Melrose they are ****** and unreliable dealership

I bought a Nissan magnite 2023 November , the car was noisÿ when u apply brakes i took it back to dealer the second month ,I was told that de car is still new everything is still to tight, now its 2025 im still experiencing the same problem. I have even inform the sales lady Zanele Mo***eng, but don't care shame, u must see to finish ....

I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with Nissan Melrose. After purchasing a vehicle from them, we discovered several issues that weren't disclosed prior to sale, including: - Faulty inside light - Boot shock issues - Alignment problems causing uneven tire wear on the rear tires Although the dealer initially addressed some of these issues, they refused to fix the alignment problem and its consequences on the tires. I've taken the vehicle back to Nissan Melrose for repairs, but they're unwilling to resolve the issues. I'm not collecting the vehicle until all problems are fixed. Concerns: - Nissan Melrose sold a vehicle with undisclosed issues, making it not roadworthy. - The dealership's refusal to attend to these issues despite being informed. - Lack of transparency and accountability. Request: I urge the CEO of Nissan to intervene and address my concerns. I'm currently paying for a vehicle I don't have use of, and I'm seeking a resolution to this issue. I intend to explore legal options if the issues aren't resolved. Extremely dissatisfied with the service and experience.

It is with Great sadness to share my experience with Nissan Melrose .I took my car in for service on the 20/08/2024, it was my first time using them .In the afternoon i received a call that my car was ready for collection i had cash with me that i wanted to use for payment ,Mr Idris M( service adviser) told me that they don't accept cash as method of payment since the pandemic (covid19) ,i must go make a deposit to the bank and bring him the proof of deposit before he can realise my car. I then show him the notice board that was behind his seat that says cash is acceptable .He then stood up and erased the cash payment wording using a making pen in front of me then told me that unfortunately his not going to accept my cash ,its there policy, he then continued entertaining another customer .I had no other choice but go to the mall that I'm not even fami**** with, look for FNB to make the deposit and come back with a deposit slip to him so he can give me my car keys. I will never take my car to Nissan Melrose ever again😒 .
