Werhu works always amaze me with their excellent service. I watsapp'd them to request that they service my car on the 25th Nov, guess what, they were ready to service my car on the 24th Nov., fast forward Werhu works was at my house by 5pm and 1 hour later a major service was done on my vehicle with extras done for me for free and this are the gaps and missed opportunities bigger organizations overlooks and charge for every single thing even when it doesn't cost money but only 5 minutes to fix. A BIG THANK YOU to Werhu works for always coming through for me and my vehicle, you never disappoint and your mobile service makes it even more easier for me to get to your services because I hardly have the time to take gje ar to the service providers
Cartrack is a ****, once you sign up with them you can't cancel. I sold my car early this year but still paying for a tracker that I don't even get to benefit from, planning to also put a formal complaint with the NFO for adjudication regarding thia matter. Future clients to take note prior to signing up and I can imagine on the number of client paying Cartrack without the vehicle because they **** people claiming that there is no device fee while knowing that you wont be able to cancel after.

Despite being a loyal member since 2010, I recently experienced a distressing situation with my wife's hospital admission. My wife was admitted to a hospital that is accredited by Bankmed, and authorization was obtained for her admission. However, due to the urgent nature of her condition, the hospital utilized a doctor on standby to assist with her treatment. We did not have a choice in selecting the doctor, nor was their involvement approved by us in advance. Despite this, I was shocked to discover that the doctor's bills related to her admission were not covered by Bankmed. This has left me with unexpected expenses and financial stress. Furthermore, I'm now receiving threatening emails about handing over the outstanding amount to collections. I find it unacceptable that Bankmed would add to my stress during a difficult time when my wife is unwell. I've tried to raise these issues with your team, but my concerns have fallen on deaf ears. I sent an email to a generic box, but I haven't received any feedback or resolution. As a loyal member, I expect better communication and service from my medical aid. I urge you to look into this matter urgently and provide a resolution. I would appreciate it if you could: - Clarify why the doctor's bills related to my wife's admission were not covered, considering the emergency nature of the situation and the fact that we did not choose the doctor - Withdraw the threat of handing over the debt to collections - Provide a clear explanation for the delays in responding to my concerns - Offer a suitable solution to address my concerns and prevent similar issues in the future I'm considering exploring other medical aid options that prioritize their members' needs and provide better service. I hope you will take my complaint seriously and take necessary steps to rectify the situation.
I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with Nissan Melrose. After purchasing a vehicle from them, we discovered several issues that weren't disclosed prior to sale, including: - Faulty inside light - Boot shock issues - Alignment problems causing uneven tire wear on the rear tires Although the dealer initially addressed some of these issues, they refused to fix the alignment problem and its consequences on the tires. I've taken the vehicle back to Nissan Melrose for repairs, but they're unwilling to resolve the issues. I'm not collecting the vehicle until all problems are fixed. Concerns: - Nissan Melrose sold a vehicle with undisclosed issues, making it not roadworthy. - The dealership's refusal to attend to these issues despite being informed. - Lack of transparency and accountability. Request: I urge the CEO of Nissan to intervene and address my concerns. I'm currently paying for a vehicle I don't have use of, and I'm seeking a resolution to this issue. I intend to explore legal options if the issues aren't resolved. Extremely dissatisfied with the service and experience.
Car track is refusing to cancel the vehicle tracker even after the vehicle is sold and no longer own any vehicle. This is a pure **** by car track and I am willing to expose what car track is doing because you cannot really pay for something you do not even have and I will also exercise taking the matter to the NFO should there be no positive outcome from the car track.
Hired a vehicle and returned it on the 9th January 2025 but still waiting for my deposit and AVIS consultants are rude on calls that they even dropping even when as a client you remain polite and try be professional on the call. I invite AVIS to listen to the calls as this can assist with training and coaching cause I already know I won't be hiring from AVIS or BUDGET in the future Bad experience after I always recommended them and my insurance also allocate them for car hire benefits on claims but going forward I know better and I learnt my lesson I might be a number today but results of such service will prevail later and that's what I will leave AVIS with while waiting for my deposit and being insulted by their employees
Once again, Bankmed is failing on service delivery I have been waiting feedback on my complaint and nothing recieved from the company, yet again one must suffer from depression and stressed caused by the medical aid scheme which I find to be a ****. Bankmed requested we use specialist on the panel and get necessary approval which we did but as usual they short paid their DR now I am left with a debt with no proper feedback from the consultant who took my call today when I called to enquire I since requested my call recordings and to date nothing recieved.
Bankmed will call you on a complaint to close it because it is on social media and again do not care about the wellbeing of their customer who is already going through the most. You go to their panel specialist who gave a prescription which they then decline, why have a doctor who will prescribe something you do not cover? I called and wasted my airtime to ensure I do not miss anything and did Bankmed bother to listen to the conversations with the consultants especially the call on the 10th May? NO THEY DID NOT AND THE REASON IS MERELY BECAUSE I WAS MISLED AND THEY DO NOT WANT TO ACCOUNT. it is sad that having bankmed is like I invited depression and stress into my space and family that we worry everytime a doctor has to be visited I maintain bankmed don't care about the well-being or care about the customers. Please share with me the call of the 10th May as I would like to escalate this to Ombuds to adjudicate and see the treatment by bankmed.
Bankmed has always been the worst medical aid since I joined them in 2010, the organization is a true **** only enjoying collecting the premiums and don't care about their clients wellbeing. I went to a specialist who gave me a prescription for meds and now BANKMED is refusing to care and cover the prescription which doesn't make sense especially if I was also forced to make use of their panel specialist and now decline. It is sad to realize that everytime I have to use my medical aid it doesn't bring a relieve but rather stress and depression into my well being. I am with Bankmed not by choice and waiting for that opportunity to leave them since I have been having issues for the longest time and now my pain is no longer my health but BANKMED. CAN BANKMED ADDRESS MY ISSUE
I am not happy with Discovery Insure's conduct as you perform an enquiry on Transunion without my authorization. This is unprofessional yet you want my business and expect me to trust your organization. I don't regret canceling other products with your organization.
