Worst place ever
<p>From the begining of our arival we found the staff very rude and impolite at reception, the atractions was out of order during our stay including the supertube and jaquzi's. The heated pool indoors was not heated at all, the cold pool outdoors was warmer than the heated pool, the water was dirty. Warm water from the geasers was a major issue, no warm water for a week was terrible to force your kids to take a cold shower, the restaurant is a waste, we orderd breakfast one morning while sitting there and received our food 2 hours later, cold as usual, the kitchen hygiene is poor even if you see the chef picking his nose while working with the food, and don't try to complain to management as they are even worse than their staff, I would not reccomend this place to any one, its a holiday from hell!</p>

Hi<br> <br> Please send me letter to confirm that my account is paid up as debit order went off on the 28th of april 2015 for full ammount. And also a statement that reflects this. Account is still reflecting with credit berues in arreas. Please assist urgently with this matter. If send numerous emails and calls to resolve this issue but still no one is assisting me!

Terrible Service
Hi<br> <br> I have phoned for a windscreen replacement but the phone lines does not work, so I got a cell phone number and the guy on the other end rudely gave me another cell phone number. Once I phoned that number the guy told me he does not know if they have stock and would call me back in 10 minutes. Still no response afyer many hours. Tried to complain at their head office but their website and contact forms are useless as it does not work. Tried phoning their head office but there is no one who can assist me with complains. Useless and a waste of time!<br> <br> Regards

No feedback after 2 months
Hi<br> <br> Edcon listed me with Experian back in 2008 for an outstandimg account and till to day I still can't get it sorted. 2 month's ago Nwabisa Makhanya the Customer Services Administrator told me the issue was sent to the relevant department and I still do not have any feedback after numerous E-Mails and Calls. Edcon told me they do not even have me on their systems and can not even trace anything with my ID No or the account No they used to list me with Experian. TransUnion and XDS shows no Records of this account. Why are there an account listed against my name even if they do not know about the account and for the Customer Service Administrator get another job because you do not know your job role!<br> <br> Regards

No Response after Numeros Visits
If purchased a Zippo Lighter from the srote buy it did not work from day 1, Returned it after a week and they gave me an even worse one. Returned that one and the cashier told me she will give it to the correct person as she is the only one in the store, she tooked my number and the Zippo. They did not give me any receipt of taking my item. Yhey dit not called back so I visited them again after a few days. The same lady was there and told me she did give the Zippo to the right person and will ensure that the person calls me. That was a week ago and I am still awaiting feedback.

No Response after Numeros Emails and Phone Calls
After paymemt was made on the account its eems like everyone disapeared, no updates on ITC and no confirmation of payment received or no statement after numerous emails sent to Quieries Clerk, Help Desk or any other Emails i could get ahold off. The phone number reflected on the sms and first statement does not exist, the numbers on the clerks emails just rings. I will let my bank reverse all transactions as I feel they are taking money and cant realy prove to me that it is going for the overdue account.
