Placed an order with Eurostyle for a new aluminum door to be supplied and fitted. The process was adequately managed up until the date set for the installation. The door was supplied without the correct locks fitted and the installation team had insufficient sealant materials to fully complete the job. The outstanding work was detailed in an email but no answers were forthcoming. Phone calls to the company were badly managed and instructions that were supposed to be communicated to the installers were never communicated. The end result : the outstanding work was finally completed after 3 weeks, several emails and much frustration. I just hope that I have no problems during the warranty period. Product good but service just pathetic.
Tried to obtain info re Power Trolley 8 (portable UPS system) prior to possible purchase. Sales literature is silent on many relevant technical parameters and false claims are made about others. They are unable to respond to emails (too busy) and refuse to call me to answer my questions. If this is the way they treat potential new customers, heaven help those customers who have purchased products from them and are hoping for competent technical support. They also refuse to supply prices for delivery to the Cape from GP. Avoid at all costs
