Excellent service, superior craftsmanship & perfect after-sales service. Had two separate claims go through them recently and I will certainly recommend them to anyone and be a return customer myself, should the need arise.
Refer to pre report: I tried again to get new contract on Saturday. A trainee helped me and messed up. Her manager then did the app to see if im approved. On Sunday I then phoned to do a contract and was first told their system was off, then its 5 minutes before they closed by Kim Smit and that she cannot help me. When I wanted to complain she had someone phone me back who then concluded the deal and said the phone will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday I ordered the Sony Z3 with the smart talk watch and solar charging bank. On Monday I was phoned to confirm my order, she the ordered a BLACKBERRY Z3 This again needed to be changed but I was assured that I will still get my phone on Tuesday. On Tuesday no delivery. Phoned, they first told me the phone is out of stock, then the accessories is out of stock, then no my phone is being delivered and gave me someone else's tracking number, then Melody Silindile said they are logging a complaint with RAM as my phone is still in warehouse and now its going to take 1-2 weeks!! I need the phone this week as I am going on a business trip next week So now I have no idea what is going on or when I will be getting my phone. I want feedback TODAY
On the 17/02/2015 I phoned your call center and took out a new contract. App nr 16821873. I opted for the Sony Z2, for R289 pm. I wanted black stock but they said they do not have but will order. I then said that I will take a white one if they cant get black and they said no they will get black. I followed up numerous times during the week to say they can give me white if black is out. They again declined and said they are getting black. Last week the contacted me to say it is discontinued and I cant get anything. I said I want the initial recording to take this further as I requested a white one numerous times but they did not want to do that as they said they will get stock. I was promised a call back on Friday, nothing, Then again a call back promise for Monday, and again Nothing. I either want a Z2 on my contract as agreed or the recording of where I requested the white one to take it further as you did have stock. Do not even think of just canceling this deal as I will take this further and I have the right to receive that recording. I hope we can resolve this matter today before I contact my attorneys.
