Never resolved. Monies paid but goods not repaired and he is now uncontactable. Don't deal with this person he will rip you off.
More undertakings and promises which have not been met. Mike is not capable of living up to his promises. I now have no option but to take it further - save yourself the headache and find another supplier.
We don't compliment often enough for this type of service. <br> <br> We were absolutely blown away by the service received from SunSquare (DeWaal Drive) and Southern Sun Waterfront! There was a problem with the pool at SunSquare and I had booked in for a week with my family (young kids and no pool = frustration on holiday). They were so understanding and helped move the entire booking over the to the Southern Sun Waterfront with the absolute minimum of fuss and inconvenience to us - although I am sure it must have inconvenienced them greatly.<br> <br> Well done guys - we have always found the service and staff at the Southern Sun Waterfront to be exceptional (now we can add SunSquare to that) and we will definitely be back after another exceptional experience!
Same as other complaints. He arrives, purports to do the work and insists on payment before he leaves your house. The work carried out does not fix the problem and although he provides you with a 6 month guarantee he will not honour it. He now refuses to even respond to calls and / or sms messages. Do not use this guy please - I should have checked Hellopeter before I contacted him!
I originally reported this on the 3rd of March and got quite a quick response but nobody has followed this up. All cancellation forms have been sent as requested. I am still getting invoices from Telkom Mobile - although they are now being paid by someone else. <br> <br> How is it that a device can be in my name when i don't have it? what happens when this arbitrary person no longer pays for the device, I bet Telkom will be after me in flash!<br> <br> Please fix this now, I cannot understand the incompetence?
I applied for an LTE router through a company called Blue Tech Retail representing themselves as Telkom agents. I was told that the application would take a couple of days - all details submitted on 15/1. Almost a week later 21/1 I was told that the application is still with head office, there was no answer yet and no idea how long it would still take as they are not in control of the process. I told the agent (Romano) to cancel the application as if they couldn't deliver on a simple application process, how could they be trusted to deliver ongoing service. Nothing further heard until....11/02 I get an apologetic e-mail \....we apologise for late feedback on your device. there was a hug mix-up with a courier company and devices went missing and alocated to wrong customers - quoted with spelling errors..."the sms goes on to ask whether he can still arrange for the device to be set-up. i did not respond as I had cancelled this back on the 21st of Jan. Yesterday I get an invoice for over R680 for something that I don't have AND have never used! This same complaint is listed under Blue Tech Retail and Telkom as Blue Tech is not a company that responds on HP and they represent Telkom"""
