I took the Covid-19 Cashflow relief plan FNB offered when Covid-19 broke out. What they did not tell you is that they will charge you interest on the full loan and not like a credit card where you pay what you use. I contacted FNB and no one could tell me why the account displayed a minus of -R28,703.98 and R0 available. Then I realized they are charging me interest for the full amount, and its not as if you can transfer or use the money in that account they pay funds for credit card fees etc so that totaled up to R600 in the end, but the interest ended up being R3,817.00 I asked to settle and close the account. but suddenly the account balance went back up to minus -R24,897.21 and now I have to pay another R1,154.17 settlement. No one at FNB is doing anything about this, when I contact them via the FNB app i keep being disconnected and redirected to a new agent and then I do not get any reply from them. If they closed the account when I asked them to there would not be the extra interest of R1,154.17 that I have to pay now. This Is outrageous!! Definitely not a Covid relief plan that is aimed to help people but rather going to put a lot of people in financial trouble. So yes this account is still open and im not getting assistance.
Bad service from FNB, Asked them to close an Covid 19 cashflow relief account and had to pay a settlement, I paid it and they automatically extended the loan, placing it in a minus drawing interest for them. Im very close to move banks. The covid 19 cashflow relief is such a SCAM, they literally paid R600 in bank fees for me but charged me for a R24000 loan in fees. R3800 in interest. That Covid 19 cashflow relief was no helping hand I tell you.
Had my shocks replaced at Speedy Paarden Eiland, after I realised that my shocks is making a knocking sound. I took the vehicle for a second opinion where they told me that Speedy did not put my retainer plates back after new shocks was fitted (shocks is loose),

I went back to speedy and demanded for them to replace what is mine. Now there's a new owner and he refuses to pay for new ones. So the new owner tells me to sort it out with the previous owner. I decided to contact speedy head office. they sent a one line email to Paarden Eiland. So they promised to replace the part since the email but then they purchased the wrong parts, note I have driven to speedy Paarden Eiland 3 times now

Now that they found the right part they realise its too expensive and don't want to do it anymore The previous owner also refusing. I contacted Speedy head office and their Operations manager Gerhard Viljoen told me It is unfortunate that the previous owner has taken this stance. this is the worst service I have ever received. These plates cost more than R800 each. Speedy actually stole from me. I will be contacting the ombudsman soon.
