Not even one star is appropriate for Stax. I purchased a JBL 2.1 deep bass on July 20, 2024. I was misled by a salesman named Clement Phosoko into believing that the soundbar was an excellent deep bass soundbar. Before I buy it, I requested him to test the soundbar that was on show on the floor. He said that he did have a remote, but it is buried deep in the warehouse boxes, so he can't test the sound with it. He reassured me that I wouldn't regret purchasing it and that the bass sound was excellent. He spoke in a way that I understood. After testing the soundbar at home, I discovered that the bass was really low in the sound. On July 21, 2024, I returned it and informed him that the sound quality was really low and subpar. He contacted Anthony Nkosi, his supervisor, and I informed him of the awful and extremely low sound quality, particularly with the bass. Anthony informs me that they are unable to repackage the soundbar, thus they will not accept it back. Anthony remarked, "I want to bring the soundbar back because I partied with it." I questioned him about whether or not he had read the store's return policy. He declined. Anthony is the worst supervisor ever to have been hired by his company. Salesmen like Clement and Anthony are the employees that give a company a very bad name and reputations.
