I had a very terrible experience with a company called propropgroup
good day <br> <br> I wil like to report the bad service i have received from Eskom technicians, IT has been 3 days without power and nothing has been done,<br> <br> i do understand that they are working hard but can they also think about hard working people who have kids and families.<br> <br> i am serioulsy fustrated as the i have to throw away food due to this power cut.<br> <br>
Good day <br> <br> I will like to express my deepest disappoint at you guys by the level of your work ethics, Me and my family were not properly inducted on your services and yet money was demanded on the spot .<br> <br> 1. I was never advised of the total package amount on this email.( GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT PLEASE)<br> <br> 2. The advert misled me into believing that I was going for a spar treatment when in actual fact it was just hands and feet put in hot water , of which that is something I can do at home, maybe its me but I have never heard of that process being called a Spar <br> 3. I received the cd with other people on the photos how unprofessional is that? ( WOW YOU OUTDONE YOURSELF)<br> <br> <br> I am formally lodging a grievance and demand that this issue be rectified immediately, since you guys did not deliver as you promised I demand 50% discount on the money I paid.<br> <br> I will not lie to you I am very disappointed that I wasted my money as well as my family time sitting in your office.<br> <br>
