Poor reception in Agricultural area
I have been a client of Vodacom for over 15 years with several cellphone and data contracts and for the last 3 months the reception in our area ( Dwarskloof Agricultural holdings ) in Randfontein has been horrific. The reception used to be ok but lately I have to drive 13km to town in order to do the e-mails etc. for my business. To try and access the internet via a laptop, Ipad, cellphone etc. is totally useless and when you try to lodge a complaint with Vodacom the signal dissapear and you get cut off. Not only is this now affecting my business but it is also creating a safety problem seeing that we reside in a agricultural area and might need the cellphone reception to contact the police etc.<br> The problem have been reported several times over the last few weeks but nothing has been done about it.
