Scratched watch

I was told by a lady in the Browns store that your store changed watch batteries. I came to your store and was told that the change would take 20 minutes and it would cost R55. I came back later and paid the R55. As I walked out I noticed the deep long scratch along the back of my watch as well as several other scratches. It is clear that a screwdriver was used to pry the back of the watch open. This is unacceptable! Do not offer to change batteries if you do not have the proper tools to do so. I went back to speak to the lady that helped me and all she had to say was \Sorry"with a smile on her face. I will never recommend this store nor support it again. I am angry as I take good care of my belongings and it took you guys to mess it up and I paid you for a service. I am disgusted. """
