No Delivery / No Refund
On the 27th of Jan 2016 I ordered and paid for kitchen cuboard doors at Pine Board CBD in durban as I am having improvements done to my kitchen, delivery was suppose to be made within 48 working hours but till today no delivery was made. I have phoned the store numerous times to no avail, then today I went there personaly to ask for a refund so I can take my business else where but they refussed and threated to throw me out.<br> I am absolutely appoled by this behaviour and I am no longer intrested in doing business with them I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK..

This is my second complaint about the same company same issue <br> <br> My Blackberry Z10 was collected by Ram Corries & booked in for repairs at Finrite as I have cell-phone insurance with them this was on the 10 March 2015 my screen was damaged I was advised of the excess amount which I paid almost immediately & I was advised it takes 4 to 5 working days for repairs and phone delivery to be done. Unfortunately for me that's not how this are working out , It's almost 3 months now my cell-phone still has not been returned , I call the call centre twice every week & I'm kept on hold for 30 min at a time & I'm always told the phone will be delivered within 48 hours which never happens when I call back 48 hours later I get through to a different agent & I have to explain my story all over again & they tell me there is no notes on the system log a new query & give me the same turn around time again but nothing happens , I ask to speak to a manager & I'm promised one will call me back but no one ever does. THIS IS THE MOST INCOMPITANT INSURANCE COMPANY I've ever dealt with. I want my phone NOW!!!!!!

No Call No Show
On the 14th of Feb 2015 my Blackberry Z10 was damaged , I then phone Finrite Insurance the next day and informed them of the incident , I was then advised to send a claim form copy of my ID & paid an access fee of R150 at Absa I scanned & emailed all these documents on the 23 Feb 2015 &I was advised a courier will come collect my phone , I gave them my work address for collection , till today no one has phoned me or came to collect my phone it's now going for two weeks , I have phoned the call centre more then 3 times and every time I'm being given the run around . CAN SOMEONE FROM FINRITE COLLECT MY PHONE SEND IT IN FOR REPAIRS ASAP
