In August 2018 I placed an order with Amy Graaf a Nu Skin distributor for Nutriol Shampoo... It was said that I would receive my product by end of August but I never did... On the numerous occasions of trying to contact her she ignored my correspondence. I later tried contacting her from someone elses fone to which she said she would refund me in two weeks and up until today nothing. No response she doesn't answer my fone calls and has blocked me on Facebook.
I had an account with Edgars and then I got retrenched and my account went into arrears. Later when I started a new job I paid up the account and closed it Last year. I now found out that they have put me on ITC and never rempoved it. Now I am stuck with a bad credit record because of one account that still reflects.
I bought a phone from Foschini in December and ever since I bought it, it was freezing and would just die and reboot itself after a long period. In January when I came back to Kimberley I was taking a call when the phone died. The battery was not even flat when trying to charge it it did not want to. It would go on showing the battery was charging then it would die again. The phone never went on after that and i took it back to the branch. Upon arrival at Foschini they said they would send the phone in but one of the consultants first tried placing it on charge and once again it showed the battery and then died. A few weeks later i was contacted claiming that the LCD was broken and needed to be repaired to which I told the consultant it was not possible as I was on the phone when it died and if it was the LCD why would it show the battery whenever plugged in before dying. In February the consultant again contacted me saying that it was the charging unit and they were not liable for it and that I had to pay. I then said that it was not the charging unit because there was no problem with the unit when it was sent in. And now in March the phone is still with them with no valid reason
I am a very unsatisfied customer. I have spoken to many consultants neither one being able to help me and each saying that they will make a note on the system and phone me back. I have a top up package which has been suspended. Iam unable to use the MTN network at all and I have tried numerous times to contact my service provider. I keep getting sms' s saying that my account has been topped up and yet it does not reflect my data has also expired and its all a lot of money thats being wasted.
