Pathetic Customer Service

Hi, I have been awaiting a refund for over a month and a half . The attitude of the staff and management is extremely poor. They do not respond to queries, neither do they keep to their word. They are definitely not customer service orientated. It is extremely frustrating dealing with this company. Had Enough!!!

Build A Pool - be careful when dealing with them

Hi, Jacques from Build a Pool had a contract with myself to build my pool in June2014. There were continuous delays with delivery where he kept blaming suppliers but he was not paying suppliers even thorugh I paid him timeously. He did not pay his workers on time and his employee subsequently damaged my pool in July after the marbelite had been done (I am not sure how knowlegable he is w.r.t. pools but he also did not get the marbelite colour right ). Since then he has ducked and dived and avoided me even though the majority of his fee had been paid. He has not come back to this day and made any reparations or completed the pool in question. He also had the odacity to tell me that there was nothing I could do to him. I would severely question how much trust and integrity I can place on a contract set up with this company.
