I am admitted at Ascot Park Hospital since 2015-08-03. The tvs do not have sound. and they only have 1 mnet channel that works. despite several complaints nothing has been done about it. i am told all the tvs are the same.
My husband is admitted at Ascot Park Hospital since 2015-08-03. Since then, there are no volume on the tv's, and there is only one mnet channel available. despite numerous complaints to the staff, still nothing has been done. He has been told that all the tv's do not have volume. where is the logic in this. as the cost to stay in hospital is quiet high, and patients are mostly in bed because they are sick, the least the hospital should provide a proper tv system and channels.
Hi. I am Mr L Govender, id no. 7004305016086. i lodged a hospital claim with clientele. i received a phone call, informing me that, my claim will not be paid out, as my illness was not major, and my condition was stable. i was in hospital from2015-02-07 to 2015-02-19. i was also told due to my tests and x-rays being, mostly clear. i did not have a claim. i want to know, why was I not told before, that my condition needs to be major, and unstable, in order for clientele, to pay a claim. and who like being in hospital, in the first place.
