Poor experience
I went to view the Biokinetic practice, to book some exercise sessions. Not only was the receptionist unhelpful when I called the Medical Centre to inquire (she could also not find the cellphone number of this Biokinetict that she wanted me to contact on her cellphone), but when I went there I found the facilities not appropriate at all. A small, dirty room is hardly condusive to exercise in. Fortunately I viewed the facilities before actually booking any sessions.

Poor Customer Service
This lady is rude and unprofessional. Her communication with a potential client was unexpected to say the least. I will never deal with PG Bison simply because of her terrible attitude.
