Most shocking customer service! I have been trying to contact someone for a sample and updated sample box. 29 January i emailed my rep - no reply and there was a fowarding mail to another rep, no response from them. 2 website online queries, no response. 2 emails to their customer service email address, no response. Call their call centre, either stay on hold indefinitely or get transferred for no one to answer. EVENTUALLY i got hold of a reps number, Michelle, which she said she will assist and i must send my address which i do, no response. Follow up with her, oh they dont have samples. Shocking and **********!

I wanted a get a new kitchen, after waiting many years so I could afford a quality kitchen. I was referred to PG Bison agent who showed me their samples. He told me the supa gloss and the supa matt boars are more expensive. The samples for all the boards were exactly the same. All made of Supa Wood. Just the coating that was different. I knew from when my mom got a kitchen from easy life kitchens years ago which boards to avoid. The chipped wood ones because they don’t last as long. So I was happy with what I saw now. So I chose 2 colours. 1 supa white and 1 brokehill. I was surprised that the carcass used was chip wood. When eventually the door arrived, to my surprise they were chipped wood boards. I said but these are different from what the samples showed. I don’t want chipped wood. Even my previous doors were not chipped wood. I want the wood quality that was on the boards I chose. This matter was escalated to the management of PG Bison, as the samples are made by them. PG Bison took no real interest in this. The difference between the two boards is R800 per board. For 7 boards I would have been happy to pay this difference considering the huge amount I paid for the kitchen. Now I’m expected to incur the loss for the chipped board I did not want, and still pay for the new boards. They do not care about customers, they do not take responsibility for their products.

I am not sure what type corporate citizen is PG Bison think their actions are reflecting. The gravel road from Elliot crossing Qebe towards Engcobo is a mess due to the forest harvesting. The road has not been good but driving during rainy days has been no issue, however since the harvesting the trucks and loading plant machinery made it worse and lost much of the last layer of the gravel. Qebe primary school and High school are suffering from this as teachers from Elliot cannot make it to school on rainy days or they attempt and only to find out on their way to school that rain was heavier passed through the plantation harvesting. PG Bison and Partners has shown no care to sustain the infrastructure only for their business operation any other road users have to suffer. The gravel and stones became loose on this road making it very difficult to drive on it. The communities may postpone their business in town Elliot but education to our children cannot wait at all. The plantation is known to be Mondi Forest as it was planted by in 22 years back when I was doing my primary school then at Mhlwazi primary. It is disappointing for whoever is benefiting from this business activity not to have seen that instead of contributing they have taken away the little that has been left the government whose response takes its own time with less care. This harvesting is making things worse for the children and communities around. It is not healthy that courts have to be used to compel organisation that we trust should be guided by natural common sense to see their actions even before attempting the operations and prefer to destroy while sucking out resourcing from the poor. I have no appetite for the use of courts but to see your conscience guiding you through and do the right thing in an ethical way

I ordered kitchen cabinets 6 weeks ago. I was told that it will take 4 days to make. After countless phone calls and endless promises they eventually let me know that the cabinets are done but the machine that drills the pilot holes broke and I would have to take the cabinets as is. They will refund the amount for the holes. Which they did. I traveled 220km to pick up the cabinets, when I got there there were no men available to help with loading. The manageress and I jumped in and started loading only to see that there were parts missing. After 5hrs of loading and off loading the bakkie and going back and forth getting told multiple different stories I finally received my refund. The owner, Anton never once apologized for the inconvenience caused instead he kept on hammering on the fact that they are busy moving and that it was out of his control. To that I only want to say one thing. Your move is not my problem. Close your business for 2 days and MOVE. Then open prepared and ready for proactive business. He did however offer to give me R500 for my petrol. SMH. Very disappointed.
