Most shocking customer service! I have been trying to contact someone for a sample and updated sample box. 29 January i emailed my rep - no reply and there was a fowarding mail to another rep, no response from them. 2 website online queries, no response. 2 emails to their customer service email address, no response. Call their call centre, either stay on hold indefinitely or get transferred for no one to answer. EVENTUALLY i got hold of a reps number, Michelle, which she said she will assist and i must send my address which i do, no response. Follow up with her, oh they dont have samples. Shocking and **********!
Our company had our conference at the Season Golf, Leisure and Spa in March. The service was horrific with poor communication, delayed catering and just a heap of problems from start to finish. Mostly they are sitting with money owed to us as we did not use our full bar tab. They said they would take 21 days to process the refund and we are long past that. The communication and updates are dismal. I have requested to talk to higher management to address the poor service we got but no response. We are out of options and at our wits end! Hello Season Management please can we have our money, thank you?!
I found Blackwood online which we engaged with them to do a retail fitout and a coffee counter for us in CPT. We paid a 50% deposit. They installed but didnt follow drawings and specs. Snags were issued on 25 October and there has been no action and little communication from Blackwood since. When they do answer calls or emails false promises are made and there is no hope that the shop fitting will be repaired and replaced. We are at a loss on how to recover our money or to get them to commit and action the work they promised.
