I ordered kitchen cabinets 6 weeks ago. I was told that it will take 4 days to make. After countless phone calls and endless promises they eventually let me know that the cabinets are done but the machine that drills the pilot holes broke and I would have to take the cabinets as is. They will refund the amount for the holes. Which they did. I traveled 220km to pick up the cabinets, when I got there there were no men available to help with loading. The manageress and I jumped in and started loading only to see that there were parts missing. After 5hrs of loading and off loading the bakkie and going back and forth getting told multiple different stories I finally received my refund. The owner, Anton never once apologized for the inconvenience caused instead he kept on hammering on the fact that they are busy moving and that it was out of his control. To that I only want to say one thing. Your move is not my problem. Close your business for 2 days and MOVE. Then open prepared and ready for proactive business. He did however offer to give me R500 for my petrol. SMH. Very disappointed.
<p>On the 25th of August 2016 I went shopping at Mr Price in Mimosa Mall. I purchased two bras and a few other items. I never knew that you cannot return bras. The sales person did not tell me that I could not return them either. When I went back the next day, I was just told that I couldnt return the bras or exchange them. No explanation. Palesa, the manager just shrugged her shoulders and told me that there is nothing they can do. I really believe that the person making the sale should tell the clients that the items cannot be returned before we pay for them. If that was the case, I never would have bought them in the first place. </p>
My husband and I really enjoy the bar/restaurant. Great food, great vibe, awesome staff. You guys nailed it!
