I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my license card application at the DLTC CENTURION GAUTRAIN STATION. Despite confirming its arrival 3 weeks ago,they told me they still need to file the received batch and I should come back a week later to collect. I have done as asked and they keep turning me away, today 3 weeks later I have spent 3 hours at that office with them going through their messed up filing looking for my license card to no avail. At 16:40 and because they want to go home they claim it is still awaiting delivery from Cape Town despite having been in a que with people that app**** weeks after me quing for collection and they have received their license cards from the very same centre!!! They refuse to do a temp license despite their agents confirming my card has been misplaced!!! The lady claiming to be a supervisor told the agent to lie to me with the Cape Town story unaware that I am standing behind her!!! Dismissed me with a stamped piece of paper that I must produce to traffic officers to prove that I am awaiting my license!!! This whole contradiction and carelessness is unacceptable and I am beyond livid to say the least. I am not one to cause a scene and that is the only reason I left that office today however am not satisfied that I am without a license and they are not willing to take responsibility or even commit to resolving this.
My little girl visited Dr Moolla a dentist in Thembani,Khayelitsha, on the 30th March 2015 to have her 2 rotten mollars removed. I had called in the day before inquiring about the medical aid rates which was said to be R150 each excluding consultation. To my suprise yesterday upon receiving my statement from the medical aid i was billed R811.00. I called the dentist to investigate and he told me that he had removed 3 (of which one was falling off already),polished her teeth and used fluoride and that is billed for. This was neither requested nor authorized and definitely not discussed with me, but I was expected to pay for it. When i complained to him about how unhappy i was about this he told me there is nothing he can do except to apologise that they did not explain it and that its not my money but the medical aid that he has claimed from regardless of the fact that i pay for the medical aid. He did a good job with removing teeth as it was pain free for the child however i feel robbed of my medical savings and he refuses to take responsibility and reverse the billing...His behaviour was utterly unprofessional and disgusting
I made a payment of R4020.00 at edgars in wynberg on the 04 March 2015,the following day 05/03/15 I called edgars 0860 112 442 to request a paid up letter as they confirmed the payment is reflecting and is what was owing on the account so the balance is R0.00...I was advised it will take 48hrs to receive that letter. The 6th of March I called them again only to be told that i had been billed R390.00 by the lawyers as my account was handed over and that this amount was billed as part of the monthly fee and it was done after i had paid a balance however a reversal will be requested which will take another 48hrs and thereafter a paid up letter will be sent to me vial email within 48hrs after reversal.....I have been calling edgars up until today 17March and all this has not been processed but instead am now holding for more than 20min since the lady assisting me said she was calling her Line Manager as she could not confirm when exactly this will be done...I am really frustrated as I work in the financial industry and I am pressured to prove this debt has been paid up...please do help
