I went to Cresta Shopping Centre to buy my monthly supply of Twisping products. I have the Twisp Clearo and asked for the new coils as they last me longer. The Dimakatso consultant told me that they no longer make those as they don't last as long. She charged me R91.90 for 2 x coils. This is the new price for the new coils. And I was supplied old ones. I have now used both and need to get more as I have to replace one a week where I normally change every 2-3 weeks.<br> <br> I need to know what is going on the consultants who work for Twisp, is getting more and more unhelpful and very arrogant. <br> <br> My Edge is also giving me problems it gets extremely hot and starts overheating. Every now and again I struggle to get vapor out of the device as well and I need to unscrew and fiddle with the battery to the atomizer tank... This is very annoying and I would advise anyone twisping to not upgrade to the Edge.
I bought the Twisp Edge online via [URL Removed] received this with a pack of 3 x extra atomizer heads on the 10/06/2015. In total I have used 4 x atomizer heads this means that I am almost using 1 every 2 weeks. Smoking Twisp was a cheaper alternative as well as healthier alternative but to date it has become very expensive. I also bought 2 x extra batteries 1 x 650mAh and 1 x 900mAh also in June from the East Rand branch. These batteries last me not even 5hrs. I have become very negative with the Twisp product and I am thinking of going to another brand of electronic cigarettes. I have been Twisping for almost 2 years and near the end hand endless problems with my Twisp clearo. Now I have upgraded to the Edge hoping that it would be a better upgrade and now I am off worse than I was before... Feel very ripped off at the moment.
False advertising when it comes to the listing of what the unit has. Maid given instructions to not clean the unit only make beds and wash dishes. Once a week the unit is swept and cleaned. No clean towels, bedding nothing. Counters are not being cleaned left as is. Christo they guy who RCI appointed to look after the units is useless as hell. Toilet broken we've been here for a week and nothing has been done. Shower blocked nothing has been done. After speaking to the maid she informed us that it has been broken for a while. Christo blamed us as tenants for not looking after the place. I have never been so disappointed in my life. When phoning the building manager she informed us that this is not the first complaint for him. He has been suspended but found a loop hole to get in again. I will not encourage anyone to book into this resort as a Formula One hotel has more for less.
I have been using Twisp since Jan 2014 as a friend of mine introduced me to the best smoking alternative. However since 2015 I have had endless problems with batteries that don't last as long as they use to as well as coils that have to be replaced more often than I use to. I have been on Twisp for more than a year now and to be honest I don't even smoke as much as I use to so this the coils and batteries should last longer. I use a lot less liquids but coils and batteries are eating into my \saving"that Twisp advertises and promises. I love my Twisp but it is starting to cost me a lot of money with malfunctioning products that I have to keep on replacing. I will be very sad and unhappy to have to go back to normal smoking...
