Great service and excellent quality products
I required good quality disk rotors and brake pads for my 2009 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport. Bad service
On Monday 7 October Mind responded to my online request for repair of my DEFY Fridge/Freezer. An appointment was made and Mind attended to the appliance later in the day. He replaced the compressor unit and a fan motor. I paid the quoted repair price (R4'410) by EFT immediately. On Tuesday 8 October I informed Mind that the appliance was not cooling. He arrived on site at my home at 16:18 and after a brief inspection he informed me that he would complete the repair on Wednesday. On Wednesday 9 October Mind failed to communicate with me until 17:06 when he informed me that he had suffered a mechanical breakdown of his vehicle. He then undertook to attend on Thursday. On Thursday 10 October Mind was on site by 09:17 and apparently added a different form of gas (I was not present). On Friday 11 October in the morning I notified Mind that the appliance was still not working. He eventually arrived on site late afternoon (I do not recall the exact time). He fiddled with the appliance for about 2 minutes, during which time I heard what sounded like a gas discharge. He then informed that should this not resolve the issue he would have to install an external evaporator. He further requested that I update him on the performance of the appliance on Saturday morning. On Saturday 12 October in the morning I notified Mind that the appliance was still not functioning properly. I did not receive any response from him. On Sunday 13 October in the evening I enquired from Mind as to what his ETA would be on Monday. He responded that he would attend to my ongoing repair on Tuesday to which I rep**** that it was not acceptable to me. On Monday 14 October at 08:03 I attempted to communicate with Mind by telephone. My call was not taken. I received a SMS at 08:04 stating that he was on a call and that he would revert back to me shortly. It is now 14:00 and I have yet to hear from Mind.

Derick Smith has absconded with funds
Derick Smith in cahoots with Dawie Pieterse marketed several investment products in South Africa, trading as Xcelerator Limited, a company registered in Belize. <br> <br> Circa March 2014 investor statements were published but shortly thereafter repudiated. Pieterse informed all investors that a problem with the Hong Kong underwriters of the fund had been experienced and that Smith was in the process of resolving the issue.<br> <br> Following this Smith informed all that Pieterse and others were no longer directors of Xcelerator Limited and the they (Pieterse et all) would conduct future business as Xcelerator Compendium Guild. In December 2014 Smith indicated that he would personally see to the repatriation of the Xcelerator Limited funds.<br> <br> Smith has subsequently disappeared- his office in Strand (Cape Town) was abandoned, no forwarding address provided, the phone number for his Belize office is out of order, he does not respond to e-mail, sms or voice mail. <br> <br> Last known e-mail address: [Email Removed] ID: 6607215092087, last known mobile number: 082 415 1333. <br> <br> <br>
