I sent my Philips steam generator in for repairs 4 weeks ago. I received the quote a few days later which I accepted and paid. It's been over 3 weeks now and the repair has still not been done. I am told that they are waiting for spares. It's not acceptable that one should receive such poor service from a company like Philps.
I have never experienced such poor pathetic nonservice from an insurance company. I had hail damage to my property in November 2023 and my claim has still not been finalized. No communication, no follow up, I still haven't seen the quotes or value of the claim. Have emailed and phoned on numerous times and get promised that it will be sorted out but NOTHING HAPPENS!!!!!! Sent an email to the complaints department ais.complaints@absa.co.,za on the 7th May, still waiting for a response!!!! I have been banking with ABSA my whole life, I have my bond and all my accounts with ABSA and the way I am being treated shows utter disrespect and disregard for me as a loyal customer.
Pathetic Service, was interested in a Nissan Magnite. Went into the dealership and spoke to one of the salesperson. Requested a test drive for 10am the next day and a quote for the two models I was interested in. No show, no message, no email!!!!! I then went into the dealership to find out why they hadn't brought the car for a test drive, only to be told they tried to phone but my phone went to voice mail. I spoke to the sales manager who apologized and said it would be sorted out and passed me onto one of sales/admin people. I made arrangements for the following morning for a test drive. My business is 2 minutes away from the dealership. Once again no show, no phone call nothing, that was 2 days ago!!! They have now lost a potential sale!!! If I was the owner and my staff treated customers like this, heads would roll!!
I cancelled my DSL line months ago and am still being charged for it. I have phoned numerous time but NOTHING get done about it I am still being billed for it. My next step is to cancel all my Telkom lines and go with another provider!!!
I have been waiting for about 4 months now for a Telkom technician to come and connect a new cable. I have phoned numerous times but it is impossible to actually get through the long list of options and then when you do get through you get passed around and then cut off. I have complained on the Telkom website no one responds. I eventually got a phone call from a Telkom representative, gave all my details and what was required. I am still waiting....No response Still!!!! I even got an sms asking about Telkoms service, to which I responded and told them that I wasnt happy. After a long list of questions, STILL no one has come back to me!!!<br> <br> It is unfortunate that Telkom has a monopoly, but one thing is for sure when there is a decent alternative, I will certainly not continue to use Telkom!!!!
