Legitimacy
I just need to know if Gemfin finance which offers loans is legit? I have applied for a loan from them. Please if any one knows anything about this company let me know.

Theft under false pretence. Robbery of customers.
I applied for a rent to own vehicle with the dealership as i am blacklisted and also stipulated that I don't have the deposit. My application was then approved and then I was told to pay the administration fee of R3500 to their secretary a Miss Dipuo K Madeline in a Nedbank account. The fee was refundable. After I deposited the money Iwas expecting to have the vehicle delivered but only to be told that I have to pay a deposit which I didn't have. Then I told them that I can't get yhe deposit so I want my money back since I can't have the car. Now they are giving me the run around and have promised to refund me but no success. The salesman Mr Harrison Bill is now ignoring my calls. I am very disappointed and disgusted by this dealership's conduct. People must be careful of them as they rob people of their hard earned money. I have opened a criminal case against the dealership. An investigation is underway. I am still waiting for my money. I hope the National consumer board will assist and shut them down. <br>
