Goeie Middag<br> <br> Ons het my baas se bmw ingevat vir sy gearbox op die 4/12/2015 Ons het hulle betall n bedrag van 53128.20 om dit reg temaak en toe gaan hy see toe en by die see toe verander die ratte eers op 6 duisend refs toe hy terug kom toe vat ons hom terug en nou se hulle dus die alternator wat dit veroorsaak nou will hulle he ons moet weer betaal en die voertuig is nou alweer daar vir twee maande wat staan ons tedoen

the same basically happened to me as bellow, paid R2500 refundable deposit in a Accnt Num: 10073644844<br> Account Name: Nokuthula Mbatha, Bank Name: Standard Bank, then there was a sanral insurance issue, so i had to pay an additional R2000, still havent recieved my money back. i have a copy of id of the apparent owner of the car 8209280768088 dibonanna evah mathab. every day when i ask, where is my refund there is another story im starting to think i will not get my money back<br> <br> *'I applied for a rent to own vehicle with the dealership as i am blacklisted and also stipulated that I don't have the deposit. My application was then approved and then I was told to pay the administration fee of R3500 to their secretary a Miss Dipuo K Madeline in a Nedbank account. The fee was refundable. After I deposited the money Iwas expecting to have the vehicle delivered but only to be told that I have to pay a deposit which I didn't have. Then I told them that I can't get yhe deposit so I want my money back since I can't have the car. Now they are giving me the run around and have promised to refund me but no success. The salesman Mr Harrison Bill is now ignoring my calls. I am very disappointed and

I have been taking my cars to broadway motors for about 3 years now its nice to see the level of service increasing what a pleasure guys to walk into a dealership with so many happy faces,I recently took my BMW 335i E92 to replace my turbos which was out of motorplan but i did have 2 warrantys,Tania pretorius wasted know time in calling and getting authorization from both warrantys which was great for me because almost the whole amount was covered,The price for replacing both turbos with labour was very reasonable and was happy with the level of service i got with regular updates via sms and telephone,Just want to say big thanks to Imraan who is the workshop manager for always giving his best to help me all the time,also Andries the mechanic my car is running really nice with the new turbos,thanks guys and keep up the good work.

i was made to pay a deposit of 1650 which was for a deposit in a car .. but they never showed me the car instate they wanted more money ... they said the deposit is refundable .. but i have'nt got my refund as yet .... i need them to refund the 1650 i deposited to them ....

I took my car for service. I was late for work because the said they didn't have drivers. Secondly when I went to fetch it I found out that they have damaged the boot of my car. They failed to let me know I found out when I was doing the inspection. The car was not properly washed. This is not the first time I'm having issues with them. I complained this morning when I took the car in and I was assured that this time they'll take proper car of my car.

I took my BMW 335i to Broadway BMW in Witbank Emalahleni on 18 Feb 2015 for a service as indicated on the display panel. driven only 25km upon collecting the car after service is completed then the car indicated \Low Oil"! I then contacted BMW"

I sent my vehicle in for repairs close on 2 months ago as the vehicle was no longer driveable. Since then i have had numerous promisses made that they would get back to me as soon as possible which never happened. Finally today after numerous phone calls again they acctually managed to contact me back only to tell me that they have now realized that there are no parts available in south africa so i will now be forced to sit without transport for a further minimum of three weeks! Totally unacceptable if you ask me!
