After my power went out on Friday 21/02/2024 it's now Saturday 22/02/2024 at 20h00 and power has not been restored,I've made numerous calls to the call center all promising me someone I'd coming out,I'm working away currently and have explained my kids are alone my daughter 19 but still nobody has helped after calling every 2 hours for the 1 and a half days,the sad part is the stove with is now repaired blew and tripped the main municipality box all the needed to do was to send a technician open their box n flip the switch up,I'm disappointed that people can be so heartless is this the type of service delivery that has poisoned this municipality when it was one of the best in mpumalanga its surely disgusting at this time,incompetence it's really a sickness in this country and it's sad to see something good deteriorate to this extend.
Department of home affairs Middelburg is so useless im lost for words, sat in queue for a day and still didn't get seen to, so i heard home affairs Belfast is the place to go, drove 1 hour to Belfast home affairs to apply for my id document and new passport what a pleasure, least something in this country still works was met by pleasant staff and manager and in and out in no time, made a big mistake they ask if i wanted to collect at Middelburg so sed yes, im currently sitting the whole day in queue for collection of my passport and id document as they saying it's a process to collect 🙈how useless and frustrating.
Bought a TV 2 years ago in the same store and got such a surprise to see the same salesman named Collin ready to assist me once again what a excellent friendly and vibrant character wish all stores could have a Collin 🙂well done in keeping your energy up and good manner in assisting customers👏
Disgusted with the level of service at cell c Middelburg mall, brought 2 devices in on the 24th of January 2022 a A32 Samsung phone and my hauwei router, phone just didn't want to come on and router battery started swelling,I tried calling numerous times to find out what was the progress on the repair of the devices with no joy, today I decided to come in 16/02/2022 phoned wherever the devices where sent to repair the quote for phone R2500 and the router quote R1500 these repair amounts where not even explained when I left the devices in the store that's how use the personnel is in that store, because it's under a year old I thought it would be repaired under warranty, what a waste of time I could of just taken phone n bought a new router if this was explained to me, a brand new pocket router is R500 so how they get to R1500 I don't no but anyway I will never do business with cell c again I will wait until my contracts expire as I have 3 devices never to renew them again because of this dismil service or non existent service I received, good bye cell c for good.

After almost a year thinking this matter was resolved there I get messages of been handed over by vodacom again, really if anything vodacom owes me money my credit rating and name is tarnished because of a racist incompetent manager of a middelburg branch at the mall in middelburg mpumalanga, I have the cancelation letter from that branch and the router was handed in, 6 months later I find out that they still debiting my account, after posting on hello Peter in Feb this year I thought it was resolved as I got a email from vodacom that the matter was sorted even though I didn't get my 6 months money back as I just wanted the whole situation to go away, Ive been handed over yet again to another lawyer company I'm so frustrated afterbeen a loyal vodocom customer all my life, I'm utterly disgusted by the unprofessionalism of how this account has been dealt with from the start, looks like I'm going to go into 2019 with the same bull**** from vodacom it's so disappointing.
Purchased a router from a Vodacom store in Middelburg mall in Mpumalanga returned the the router a month later because it was supposed to have been 10 gig day and 10 gig night but found out it was 5 gig day and 5 gig night anyway that was the 14th of February 2017. I was given a cancelation letter from the Vodacom shop and router was handed back to them and contract was canceled but this didn't happen because I found that Vodacom was still deducting the debit every month 6 months after cancelation. After putting a stop order on my account I approached the mangeress of the store Ciska Swart and she sed she will deal with the matter and will take it up with head office this is August 2017. After numerous attempts visiting the store with no communication from Ciska I was promised that the matter has been taken up and that I must just wait it's February 2018, Still no communication from Vodacom I start writing messages to the customer care and calling but still nobody can help me they say the store has to sort it out. Get a call from Vodacom attorneys on the 23rd of April that the account is handed over and that I'm on ITC. I don't think it's fare that a company like Vodacom can tarnish a person's credit score and name like they did mine, I want nothing to do with Vodacom ever again they have managers that are incompetent and shouldn't be in the positions they in if a simple matter like mine couldn't be sorted out. Been a loyal Vodacom user for over 20 years and this how I get treated thanks Vodacom.
Misplaced my keys for my car yesterday so called BMW to make a new set for me,was told they cant help me unless the have a sample of it i was so furious,i have owned the BMW brand for about 15 years and its dissappointing to know they cant even make a new key without a sample,i purchased the car with one key so now i must some how get a key from the moon when its their car and they got the whole history and details of the vehicle,i own two BMW vehicles think its time to get rid of them both i cant handle such nonsense and havent got the time,so be aware if you own a BMW with one key because you wont get help from the brand thats so disgusting.
I have been taking my cars to broadway motors for about 3 years now its nice to see the level of service increasing what a pleasure guys to walk into a dealership with so many happy faces,I recently took my BMW 335i E92 to replace my turbos which was out of motorplan but i did have 2 warrantys,Tania pretorius wasted know time in calling and getting authorization from both warrantys which was great for me because almost the whole amount was covered,The price for replacing both turbos with labour was very reasonable and was happy with the level of service i got with regular updates via sms and telephone,Just want to say big thanks to Imraan who is the workshop manager for always giving his best to help me all the time,also Andries the mechanic my car is running really nice with the new turbos,thanks guys and keep up the good work.
