This is an update on my previous OLX complaint regarding them not posting my add due to me using stock photos (while literally 100's of other adds selling the same product are using the same stock photos). Finally after sending a few emails and posting a report on here Michelle called me on Monday (22/06/2014) and said she was unaware of other adds using stock photos. When I asked her to search from the product on OLX she was surprised that I was in fact rite and she found tons of the same product using stock photos. She asked me to email her a link of the search page and she would be sure to take it up with management to get the matter resolved and get back to me. Well surprise surprise its now Friday and all the other adds using stock photos are still up, Michelle has not gotten back to me and my stock photos are still not allowed. WHY AM I BEEN SINGLED OUT OLX ???
I post a few adds last week on OLX and they were rejected, when I emailed customer care as to why my adds were rejected I got a response from Michelle saying it was because I had used stock photos on my adds. However I have checked every single day since then and every other supplier that's advertising is using the same stock photos and their adds are up and running fine. I have emailed Michelle twice asking why literally 100's of other adds selling the same products can use stock photos and Im not allowed to ? As yet I have received no response from Michelle or anyone working at OLX. I want to know why Im been singled out and victimized for using stock photos of a product and service I provide, when you clearly allow other suppliers to use the VERY SAME PHOTOS. Once Im done with this report my next email is going to be to the consumer watch dog as to why Im been victimized.
I ordered 2 knife tools & 2 boring bars well over a month ago from Gem Tool in Pretoria, 2 days later I went to collect the tools however the 1 knife tool was on back order & I was told I would have to wait. I sent the 1 boring bar down to my brother in Cape Town & kept the other & a knife tool for myself. A few days later I got a call to say the 20mm knife tool had arrived and I could come collect it. So I did and sent it off to my brother , who had in the mean time received the boring bar. He opened the boring bar to use it only to discover that it had clamping marks on it (a sign that its a used tool) and that the head was damaged. I had him post the boring bar back and informed Gem tool that I need a replacement t. In the mean time my brother received the knife tool only to discover it was not the type we ordered. I again informed Gem tool and ask my brother to return it. When I took the boring bar back to them I was promised a replacement 1 would be there the next day. After 5 days of empty promises I was told it would be delivered by 3 that afternoon & arranged a courier to come collect it @5. No one bothered calling they just never pitched. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME
What an absolute joke, I call the call centre at 19H00 to place a delivery order and was told the order would be deliver in 30 to 45 min, after waiting 45min the shop its self called me to say they were short of drivers and it was going to be another 30 min. At 20H30 I called the call centre to find out what was happening with my order and the lady took my number and told me to give her 5 min she would call me back. At 21H10 the shop called me back to say they wont be delivering because the power was off (I have personally been to this shop many times and know they have a generator). I have read the many many reports on this site about bad service, late delivery's, poor quality food and the list just goes on and on. The sad part is that every report I looked at on this site had the exact same response from KFC (I'm pasting it below). It seems all they do is copy and paste there replay and the matter is left at that. I'm willing to bet they don't even read the reports and that I will get the same response as everyone else as per below.<br> Thank you for the feedback and thank you for taking the time to inform us.<br> Rest assured your complaint will be forwarded to the relevant franchie
