Mbuso helps with patience
Thank You Mbuso for have lots of patience with an old lady. You have helped me sort out an order I was not happy with, You were very polite to me and explained everything to me very nicely.

DEBBIES CARPET CLEANERS
Don't use DEBBIES CARPET Cleaners from N1 City, Goodwood. They phoned me, told of their special, I had a large house (4 bedrooms) with lounge, 6 seater lounge suite and 4 wingback chairs to clean. I accepted their quote. They sent 1 person to do all this work, was supposed to be there between 8 and 9 originally, then said 10.00am and rocked up closer to 11.00am. By 14.00pm and R1420.00 later, they had gone. The person left everything in such a mess, He carried out all the chairs, did not carry back or even attempt to put furniture back where he found it. I found they had not cleaned one of my wingback chairs, phoned 3 times, and told them that if they did not turn up on Tuesday (today) I would name and shame them on FB. Bad service...PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.
